When do I get paid?
Your payout is triggered automatically when a job is marked complete. Funds are transferred to your connected bank account within 24 hours, after a short dispute window. Most tradespeople see the money in their account within 1–2 business days.
How much does CraftsCall take?
The client pays a $158 total — $139 first-hour fee + $19 platform service fee. You receive $110. The platform keeps $48 before Stripe processing fees. Elite plan members receive $113 (reduced fee).
Do I have to pay per lead?
No. Your monthly subscription covers everything. There are no per-lead charges, no success fees beyond the amounts above, and no hidden costs.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Your profile is paused and you stop appearing in new job matches. Existing confirmed bookings are not affected. You can reactivate at any time by starting a new subscription.
How does the approval process work?
After you complete your profile and upload verification documents, our team reviews your application within 24 hours. We check your ID, trade licence (if applicable), and insurance to maintain quality standards for clients.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time through your billing settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What if I'm not getting enough leads?
Lead volume depends on your trade, area, and profile completeness. Make sure your profile has a detailed bio, verification badges, and covers the categories you actually offer. Pro and Elite plans increase your visibility significantly.
